Motorola Solutions Packaging

Another interesting and very enjoyable packaging project for Orca. Our client Airsys, a distributer for Motorola Solutions two-way radio products, briefed us to design and develop some new packaging for some new quad packs for two popular products from the Motorola TALKABOUT Walkie-Talkie range. These radios are generally sold as twin packs, so the brief was to develop a new pack to accommodate 4 radios, along with the additional accessories supplied for each product. Armed with the product dimensions, we initially got to work to develop some bespoke cutter guides. Once test fits were completed and the cutter guides were finalised, we could get started on the eye catching pack designs you see below.

With the design visuals approved, our next step was to arrange the print and fulfilment of the packs, whilst ensuring the whole project was successfully delivered within budget and the agreed timescales.
